Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free milk or soy milk

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

  • 1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink

Directions:
PLACE milk, strawberries and CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
