  • 1 container (6 oz.) blueberry fat free yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fat free milk

  • 1 packet No Sugar Added Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:
PLACE yogurt, milk, CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
