  • 3/4 cup chocolate soy milk

  • 1 packet No Sugar Added Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:
PLACE soy milk, CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™, banana and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
