  • 1 packet Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions:
PLACE milk, banana, CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
