I’ve been a consumer of Carnations for many decades. Love that I get all the nutrients from this drink especially since I’ve never been a fan of breakfast first thing in the morning. Wish I could get Light Start in more flavors that I remember when I was a kid. Definitely recommend!!

I am sorry that you did not received my first review. Here it is again: My mom got sick after drinking it. I guess it was something in the ingredients. I have been drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast since it came out in the '60's! I am glad I can still order it over the phone because I can't find the powder in the packets in the store anymore.
