Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flours, Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor), and baking powder.
- In a small bowl, combine mashed banana, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and egg
- Pour wet mixture into dry, stirring until just combined.
- Heat butter in a nonstick fry pan over medium heat.
- Spoon pancake batter into the pan.
- Flip when bubbles start to form, and tops lose their shine.
- Enjoy immediately, or freeze.
