| 1 8 fl oz | Bottle Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Cinnabon® Bakery Inspired Flavored Nutritional Drink | 
| ¼ Cup | Cashews, dry roasted, unsalted | 
| 1 Tsp | Ground Cinnamon | 
| ½ | Banana, ripe, medium size | 
| 3 Tbsp | Black Chia Seeds | 
Directions
- Combine Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Cinnabon® Flavored Drink, cashews, cinnamon, and banana in a blender. Blend on medium-high speed until cashew and banana are smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with the Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Cinnabon® Flavored Drink mixture and gently mix together with a fork.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator up to 1 hour or overnight.
- Pull from the refrigerator, top it with your favorite fruits, and enjoy!
