Directions
- In a medium bowl, mash raspberries. Add chia seeds and let sit for 15-20 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
- In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, milk, Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor), and almond butter.
- Layer the yogurt, raspberries, and banana slices into a popsicle mold.
- Top with a sprinkle of granola.
- Place a wooden popsicle stick in each mold, and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- To remove the popsicles, run the mold under warm water until they loosen.
