These French Vanilla Peaches & Cream Ice Pops are creamy, fruity, and taste like a scoop of peaches and cream ice cream on a stick. Made with our Classic French Vanilla flavor Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Shake and real peaches, these creamy pops deliver a satisfying frozen treat for the whole family. Best of all, these homemade ice pops are quick to make ahead and keep in the freezer for a refreshing, easy summer dessert.
Ingredients
| 1½ cartons |
Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Shake in Classic French Vanilla flavor (12 ounces total) |
| ¾ cup |
sweetened condensed milk |
| 2 cups |
frozen sliced peaches, thawed slightly and divided |
| 1 tsp |
vanilla extract |
Directions
- In a blender, combine the Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional shake, sweetened condensed milk, 1-1/2 cups peaches, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Finely chop the remaining 1/2 cup peaches. Divide the chopped peaches evenly between the ice pops molds.
- Pour the blended vanilla-peach mixture evenly into the molds. Insert ice pops sticks, then gently swirl each mold with the stick to distribute the chopped peaches. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Yield: 10 ice pops (about 3 ounces each)
