Low fat milk(1%)
Low fat plain yogurt
Medium banana, chopped
- Combine oats, flax, chia, Classic French Vanilla Carnation Breakfast Essentials®, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together almond milk and yogurt. Pour into the dry mixture.
- Cover, and let sit overnight, or until the liquid is soaked up. Alternatively, portion into resealable jars and let sit.
- Top with banana, and raspberries.
