Ingredients

1 ½ cup

Rolled oats

2 tbsp

Flax seeds, ground

¼ cup

Chia seeds

1 packet

Classic French Vanilla Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Powder Drink Mix

1 tsp

Cinnamon

1 cup

Low fat milk(1%)

½ cup

Low fat plain yogurt

1

Medium banana, chopped

1 cup

Fresh raspberries

Directions

  1. Combine oats, flax, chia, Classic French Vanilla Carnation Breakfast Essentials®, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together almond milk and yogurt. Pour into the dry mixture.
  3. Cover, and let sit overnight, or until the liquid is soaked up. Alternatively, portion into resealable jars and let sit. 
  4. Top with banana, and raspberries.
  5. Enjoy!
